These Terms govern the use of the èOLI Essence website (the "Site"), operated by Storai Katy — Via Pistoiese 100 ang. Via Don Tazzoli 1, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy — VAT 02387070978 ("èOLI Essence").

1. Nature of the Site

The Site is an institutional and B2B showcase. It is not an online shop: no direct sale to consumers takes place, no payment is collected and no order is processed through the Site. Prices and product availability are handled exclusively through dedicated channels.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and to avoid any conduct that could compromise its security, integrity or usability for other users.

3. Become a Partner form

Submitting the "Become a Partner" form is only an expression of interest in evaluating a possible B2B collaboration. It is not binding for either party and does not automatically generate any supply or distribution agreement. èOLI Essence reserves the right to reply or not.

4. Testimonials

Testimonials published in the dedicated section are collected with the authors' explicit consent. èOLI Essence reserves the right to moderate, edit for brevity/formatting or remove any contribution. Authors may request removal of their testimonial at any time by writing to eoliessence@gmail.com. The "Leave a review on Trustpilot" button links to an independent third-party platform.

5. Intellectual property

The "èOLI Essence" brand, logo, texts, images, videos, graphics and any other content on the Site are owned by èOLI Essence or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without written authorisation is prohibited.

6. External links

The Site may include links to third-party sites (Trustpilot, Instagram, etc.). èOLI Essence is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

Site contents are provided for informational purposes. èOLI Essence strives to keep them up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions, nor uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, èOLI Essence is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Changes

èOLI Essence may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the new date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Prato, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
